The Structure

Matrix Grid

An aluminium and steel cube frame that stacks bins up to 23 deep, with a rail network across the top where every Skycar drives, digs, and delivers.

The Robot

Rides the grid’s top rail at speed, then lowers its grabber straight down the column to fetch or place a bin — no need to descend itself.

Where people meet the system. A Skycar delivers a bin to the port; the operator picks or puts stock guided by the software on screen, then sends it back.
